Dale McDaniel Watts was born and raised in Macon. She attended Bibb County Public Schools and attended Mercer University. She received her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in special education from Georgia College in Milledgeville. Dale has taught school and now almost raised three daughters. Dale’s works are first meticulously drawn in pen and ink; then, they are water colored. Dale’s work reflects her love of Macon’s and Mercer’s architecture and landmarks. Dale currently resides in Macon with her husband and two of her daughters, one of whom recently graduated from Mercer.
