Our goal is to get your order to you quickly, safely, and inexpensively. In spite of rising shipping rates, we make every effort to minimize shipping costs for each of our customers.


FREE SHIPPING FOR MOST ALL MERCER STUDENTS WITH AN ON-CAMPUS ADDRESS
We now ship and deliver to every Mercer campus and regional center free of charge.   Please help us sort orders by noting which school you attend and your Mercer Box, if applicable, in the notes field.  

If you live within Bibb County, you should automatically receive a prompt for free shipping. We are still updating our system to reflect this change for all other schools.  Please choose a regular shipping rate, note that you are a Mercer student, and we will not charge your credit card for shipping.


PREFERENTIAL SHIPPING RATES FOR BIBB COUNTY
Not a Mercer student? No worries. If you live in Bibb County, we get a preferential rate for shipping to you and we will pass that savings on to you.


LOW SHIPPING FOR EVERYONE ELSE
Not in Bibb county? We've still got you covered. We are constantly seeking out ways to reduce our shipping rates. One way is by giving you the actual shipping rate for your product. Another way is by offering a variety of shipping options to increase the odds of you getting a shipping rate you can feel good about.






RETURNS/REPLACEMENT
We will replace your product within 30 days if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Please send us an e-mail via the contact us page with your order number and we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange for a replacement.
